We are currently looking for a professional and welcoming receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Portbury, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills to play an integral part within our busy and ambitious team.
The main responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a professional atmosphere within the reception and keeping the area tidy, presentable and ready to receive visitors at all times

Answering and directing telephone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
-
Dealing with messages, email, post and ‘post runs’
-
Greeting and directing visitors appropriately, as well as offering refreshments
-
Booking meeting rooms
-
Managing the stationary and office supplies
-
Co-ordination of fire evacuation checks in conjunction with Quality and Compliance Manager

General administration and adhoc tasks
The successful applicant will:
-
Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone
-
Be well organised, ensure completion of tasks and have good attention to detail
-
Be able to take the initiative and resolve any issues that arise
-
Be confident and an enthusiastic team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
-
Have previous administration or reception experience
