Every year on International Women’s Day, we share stories and knowledge that demonstrate the valuable contribution our female colleagues make to our business.
The theme for 2025 is #AcceleratingAction. This year's theme aims to encourage people to consider strategies, resources and activities that can advance gender equality across global sectors.
To mark the occasion, we spoke to five female colleagues from around the A-Gas globe in a range of departments. They have a wide range of experience in their respective fields and have valued guidance to offer about what taking action has achieved for them.
