Italy Passes Law to Ratify Kigali Agreement

Italy has passed a law to implement the Kigali Amendment and will soon become the 130th country to ratify the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol.
Once added to the official UN Ozone Secretariat website, Italy will join the other 129 countries who have ratified the Amendment, in committing to cutting the production and consumption of HFCs (hydrofluorocarbons) by at least 80% over the next 30 years.
