A-Gas Applauds EIA, IGSD, and NRDC for New Report on Lifecycle Refrigerant Management
Recently, the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA), the Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development (IGSD), and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) published a report outlining tangible interventions to mitigate the negative impacts on the environment due to irresponsible refrigerant management. A-Gas’ Head of Regulatory & Government Affairs was a Technical Advisor for the report.
In the report, the EIA, IGSD, and NRDC provide clear actions the industry, equipment manufacturers and owners/operators, companies, and lawmakers can take to prevent fluorocarbon emissions equal to 90 billion metric tons of CO2.
