New Account Onboarding

Thank you for choosing A-Gas as your next business partner. To get you set up in our systems, and to make sure we can provide you with the best service possible, please fill out the appropriate documents and provide supporting documentation as requested.

Environmental Services, Refrigerant, Rapid Recovery, or Performance Chemicals

If you are an Environmental Services, Refrigerant, Rapid Exchange, Rapid Recovery, or Performance Chemicals Customer, please complete this onboarding document. Please attach any required documents to this packet. 

If you are an existing Rapid Exchange customer and you are utilizing Rapid Recovery service or purchasing refrigerants from us, you may need to complete this onboarding document below even if you already submitted Rapid Exchange Account Onboarding documentation. This is to ensure all EPA documentation is complete, as no products will ship without a completed EPA Information Sheet.

If you are only utilizing our Rapid Exchange® service, please fill out this document. 

Please note that if you want to use our Rapid Recovery® service or purchase refrigerants from us, you need to complete the Refrigerant New Customer Onboarding document above.

If you are a Fire Protection Customer please fill out this packet and attach any required documents.

  • Completed W-9 (required for payment)

 

CUSTOMER

  • Completed EPA Information Sheet (required for refrigerant sales)
  • Copy of your Tax-Exempt Form (if applicable)
